Port 25 has done some nifty stuff. It's definitely a step in the right direction for Microsoft. However... It seems like this site is just a way for them to ingratiate themselves to the open source world.
It's not FUD, but after poking around the site a little, it seems to mainly be to encourage people to use Microsoft development tools. There are no links to any current open source projects. It's like they are just informing people of the existence of open source...
