I like transmission a whole lot. Good control over individual torrents, but the biggest feature is the ability to dial in bandwidth on a timer. In the evening, when my wife and I are both using the internet, a Transmission session can be limited to, say, 30 Kbps, but be set to automatically use all available bandwidth between midnight and 5:30 AM.
