Gubb: Web List Manager

Calling Gubb a web list manager in the title doesn't really tell the full story. I only learned about it 3 days ago. But, I've really learned to like it a lot during this short period. This is the first tool I've had that I can use easily from a desktop (or notebook) computer, a PDA (Pocket PC in my case), or a Smartphone. If your phone doesn't have a web browser, you can use SMS to manage and read Gubb lists. If you prefer email, go ahead and use an email client to work with Gubb. Its appeal to me lies in its multiplatform and multimodal flexibility. I started out using it on a notebook PC. Then, I used its lightweight mobile version ("http://gubb.net/m/) on a Pocket PC that I walked over to a whiteboard in the kitchen to jot down the grocery list. I then went to the store read the list and checked off items using the web browser on my Smartphone. I only hope that the service remains fast, stable and free. And, I hope they figure out a reasonable business model to keep it that way.
