YouTube Remixer

...that lets you drag and drop your video clips onto a web/flash interface to create simple edited sequences. It also provides some borders and transition effects. However, I wasn't able to get much further than dragging and dropping some of my YouTube clips onto the video timeline. Two of the clips displayed ok. Two did not (blank frames). I dropped some transitions but could not get the player to show anything past the first clip. It's the first day of release. So, I'll return to it later to see if some of the bugs have been fixed.
