Defragglr 1.01.068 BETA: Disk Defragmenter

While looking for the latest version of CCleaner, I noticed that Piriform also has a freeware Windows disk defragmentation utility now.
Its unique feature is that it can be directed to defragment specific individual files as well as an entire disk partition. Its big problem appears when it attempts to defrag a large file on a relatively full disk (20% free space). It chugs a long for a long time and then reports it was unable to defrag the file. But, it doesn't say why. Still, it is a beta release and looks pretty good otherwise.
