The holiday season is here. And, to those of you who provide technical support for your friends and family, you know what this means: Someone you know will accidentally erase files on their brand new digital camera's memory card or computer hard drive in the next few weeks and frantically call you for help :-)
Fortunately, there is a freeware solution to help you with some of those frantic calls...
It might be able to help you recover some of those lost holiday photos, video clips, and document files with those late holiday newsletters.
I only learned about this recently. So, if you have extensive experience with it, please let the rest of us know how it worked for you.
I lost photo files on a Sony
I lost photo files on a Sony Memory Stick when using a card reader. A friend turned me on to Pc Instector. However, I have a Mac. Is there any other program that will recover the lost files from the card for a Mac? These were really important photos of an operation on a horse's eye and follow up topical chemo treatment. The vet who is doing the follow up treatment needs them.
