Seesmic for Facebook (twhirl type app)

Seesmic Launches its Facebook Desktop Client Available Today

This free app runs on Adobe AIR and is provided by the Seesmic which also owns the Twitter client twhirl. It places an app that looks a lot like twhirl on your desktop. I installed it from here. It seems to retrieve Facebook status updates ok but did not let me post an update from the textbox at the top of its interface. Although most of the people I know are on Twitter, there are a few that only post updates on Facebook. So, I may keep this running for a while. I have Facebook set up to read my Twitter feed. So, I don't actually need to send updates to Facebook through this Seesmic app.
