GTK+ 2.16.1 and The GIMP 2.7.0 installers for Windows

Just noticed that new versions of...

GTK+ and The GIMP installers for Windows

...were released a few days ago. I used to be pretty happy with the for-free commercial JASC PaintShop Pro for photo editing on Windows. However, it has become slow and bloated and changed its UI enough for it to be unrecognizable enough for me that I took another look at The GIMP graphics editor again about a year or two ago and found it fast enough for me to bring up for just one photo (for a blog post, for example). I still hate its multi-window interface where single windows get lost on the screen behind another app though.
