It can be installed without a subscription fee. And, there are a few news articles that can be read in full as well as many teaser articles. However, some sections like Technology are completely missing from what I can figure out after using it for a few minutes.

I didn't see much value (content) in the app for me. So, I uninstalled it a few minutes after trying it out. I think, however, that I might be willing to pay for content from my local newspaper in a similar app.
