iPhone 4S Siri has difficulty understanding Scottish accents

It is easy to forgive the Apple Mac in Star Trek IV: The Voyage for being unable to understand Scotty’s voice commands. After all the original Mac (the film was released in 1986) did not have speech recognition. Scottish iPhone 4S users, on the other hand, are a bit peeved with Apple’s Siri according to the Daily Mail. It seems Siri sometimes has problems dealing with a Scottish accent.
